Although I am not quite back to "normal" just yet, I have been feeling better and this weekend we were even able to venture out to dinner with neighbors on Friday night, swam in the pool Saturday and then hung out at another neighbor's on Saturday night. We are so blessed to live in this neighborhood and to have such wonderful friends here. Our neighbors down the street have 6 children and they are such an inspiration to me----every time I start getting overwhelmed by being the mama to a 19 month old, I think about their family and how they are able to make it look so easy......
I also had my first photography lesson last week and I really learned a lot about the buttons on my camera---for the first lesson, we focused on getting comfortable with the camera and then we will start shooting some pictures next time. I've been playing around with the aperture and ISO and I'm pleased with some of the shots I've been getting. Of course I have a long way to go, but I am on the road.........
